Position the funnel* (see figure) and fill the salt container right up to its edge (this should hold approximately 1 kg); it is not unusual for a little water to leak out. It is therefore recommended that the arms are checked from time to time and cleaned with a small non-metallic brush. Leaving the machine unused for extended periods If the water hoses are new or have not been used for an extended period of time, let the water run to make sure it is clear and free of impurities before performing the necessary connections.
